Participants may cancel their conference registration with the following reimbursement policy:

  1. Cancellations until May 24, 2024, will incur a $50 Canadian registration fee deduction.
  2. Cancellations made from May 25 to July 5, 2024, inclusive, will incur a 30% deduction of registration fees.
  3. Cancellations made from July 6 to July 28, 2024, inclusive, will incur a 50% deduction of registration fees.
  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 28, 2024.

Please note that in the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government orders, other events of public notoriety which hinder the conference), changes may be necessary to the conference date, location, content, or fees. In the event of complete cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the same conditions as outlined above.


After registering for the conference, participants requesting assistance with their visa application will receive a letter of invitation. The conference is registered with Services Canada, and a list of those seeking an invitation letter will be forwarded to Immigration Canada.

Kindly note that registrations cannot be cancelled for those who have already received an invitation letter. If your visa application is declined, a refund will be issued, deducting a $50 fee.
