In addition to the Welcome reception on Sunday evening, two major social events will take place during the conference.
Welcome reception
On Sunday evening, you are invited to a welcome reception accompanied by a jazz trio. This reception marks the beginning of an exciting journey over the coming days. You will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, socialize, and establish collaborations.
Gala
On Tuesday evening, you are invited to the Gala, with a dinner dance hosted by the Musicals Knights Band.

Social event
On Wednesday afternoon, before the social evening, the conference offers a guided tour to Old Montreal.
